The route will be around 35km, mainly off road tracks and aimed to be generally rideable by touring/ gravel bikes (with perhaps some hiking up or down steep bits. There will be around 10km of road work, with a couple of stiffish climbs (single arrow on OS maps) thrown in after lunch. He can make the route longer if needed.
