  • Cycling First Aid

    Would you know what to do to help an injured mate after a crash in the middle of knowhere? Not everyone has formal first aid training or is up to speed on the latest CPR protocols however......

    ....nearly all of us carry a mobile phone today so we can let our loved ones know when we'll be home for tea so why not carry a useful app like this from St Johns Amulance Service. It can't hurt and might just make the difference in an emergency.

     

     

  • Fill That Hole

    We all agree that the road surfaces are getting really poor now and there are some nasty holes appearing overnight. Here's the link to the CTC's Fill That Hole where you can report recent potholes and more besides. You can also get the app for your phone so you can take photos of the hazard and report from 'on the spot'.
