I read on Facebook that there was a safe cycling route from South Ribble to Preston Railway Station, I think I have ridden it many times in the past but I'm curious to see what has changed (if anything). Looking at the weather forecast it would seem tomorrow is the best day of the next few weeks so I'll give it a try, its all on tarmac, pretty flat, about 20 miles but mainly car free. So I will swing by Costa on Buckshaw village at about 11 (I might already be there drinking coffee) to collect anyone who wants to come along lunch will be somewhere in Preston (so no packed lunch is required) and neither will you need lights as we should be back mid afternoon at the latest. I know its short notice but there it is, I'll be doing the ride anyway
