The RSF admin team must also point out that rides designated as members rides are precisely that, rides organised by a member and advertised here in case other members may wish to join them. We also request that all members putting a ride on add their name to the RSF ride leaders list to be covered under our insurance which you can read here. Adding your name is as simple as emailing the secretary and requesting your name be added to our ride leaders list.
An impromptu ride

Meet at The Chadkirk Country Estate (free car park) on Vale Road. Post Code for the adjacent Business Park is, SK6 3NE.
DON’T TURN RIGHT into the Chadkirk Business Park.
Turn LEFT just after the Business Park board (on your right) and the No Through Road sign for motorcycles and cars.
Ignor it, you are not going through, just 5 yards past it.
10.00AM for a 10.15 departure.
Perhaps a dozen miles to New Mills for lunch in a cafe or whatever. And a little less to get back afterwards.

I am going for a ride anyway (weather permitting) as I am dropping my car in for a service and MOT in Stockport on the way to meet up with ‘you’ ? If no one turns up, etc etc then I’ll do something and try to stay dry !
