This ride is on-road, but very quiet roads, however. Park at Muker and head to Reeth where the climbing really starts! Although mostly quite gentle, the last section before the Tan Hill Inn ramps up to a sustained 12.5% for long enough that when the pub hoves into view it provides a welcome stop. Not a route to ride in bad weather as it's incredibly exposed to the elements |
