A long circular route from Carmarthen, over to Llangadog and then up into the hills. The aim being to cross Mynnydd Du via Cwm Sawdde Fechan, emerging on the South side above Ystradowen.and then return. Give yourself a good day to enjoy the wild country and take photos. At around 106k this is a long day out so not for the novice. |
