A relatively easy day out at a low level with minimal technical difficulty apart from the short descent from Ryvoan bothy which is loose stone. Tea and coffee can be had at the hotel in Nethybridge or a full meal if you wish. Cafes are hard if not impossible to find so take your own snacks. Some care with route-finding required as there are many tracks leading off the correct route and it can be easy to misplace yourself. The bothy mentioned earlier is worth stopping in, especially as it takes a lot of climbing back to here. The next section back to Glenmore lodge is popular with walkers so take care and do stop and admire the waters in the An Lochan Uaine as you pass.

The ride covers 22 easy but undulating miles and racks up 1500 feet of ascent.
