THE 2027 SPRING MEET AND AGM WEEKEND.
As agreed at the 2026 AGM, The Rough-Stuff Fellowship is returning to Clyro (just across the Wye from Hay-on-Wye) for the 2027 Spring Meet & AGM. Dates:- Friday afternoon 23rd April to Monday morning 26th April 2027, 3 nights.

The hotel was chosen as it has, rooms dormitories and even camping, camper vans and tents, it even has some camping pods. And so can cater for all accommodation tastes. Our possible meal choices have not been finalised yet. As usual these will be detailed in the Jan-Feb 2027 Journal and also hopefully on here and will be approx £30+ per night.
Accommodation consists of:-
Eight Executive Double/Twin Rooms B&B £170 per night - Single Occupancy B&B (of a twin room) £120 per night.
Nineteen Standard Double/Twin Rooms B&B £135 per night - Single Occupancy B&B £95.
There are also two 6 bedded multi share en-suite rooms at £50 pppn (with a minimum of 4 sharing) Dormitories 1 with 4 beds, 3 with 8 beds, 2 with 16 beds, B&B £40 pppn.
All those staying within the hotel building (i.e. in rooms or dorms) have use of the swimming pool included. Camping £16 pppn plus £10 pn if an electric hookup is required. Campers can also I understand purchase for £10, a voucher the night before, for a breakfast in the hotel. Separately a daily £6 charge is made for use of the swimming pool. When booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required for the 'normal' rooms, dormitory beds and camping must be paid for full when booking and is non-refundable.
Evening Meals.
When the menu's are finalised and published in the Jan-Feb 2027 RSF Journal, I will try to add them on the Web Pages and also advise those already booked. Those staying, as well as those not staying but just eating at the hotel will all need to fill out their menu choices and send or email them to Heather Evans, see below.

For example 'Surname AGM' otherwise we will not know who the payment is from!

The Spring Meet and AGM Weekend, Program will be as usual, Friday 23rd April 2027, arrive late afternoon, book in at 4.00PM, earlier if you want to park up and get a ride in. Dinner at 6.30 pm ? followed by the photograph competition and winners. Saturday 24th April, Breakfast followed by various rides or exploring the area and its environs. Dinner 6.30pm? followed by the AGM. Sunday 25th April, Breakfast followed by rides etc. Gala Dinner at 6.30 pm? Speeches, singing, drinking, dancing, falling over? Monday 26th April, Breakfast followed possibly by more rides and then home, 2 wheels, 4 or more? Members may of course choose to come a day earlier or stay a day later, when any dust has settled, its your choice.
